I started my morning with a visit to my doctor's office for my referral. I was expecting to just get in and out, but my doctor decided to do some bloodwork before I left which was probably a good thing seeing as it's been quite some time since I've any bloodwork done. She also gave me a referral to the Fertility Center here in GR, which surprised me (a good surprise though) because I was thinking she was just going to refer me back to the OBGYN. Now I have to wait for the Fertility Center to call me to set up the appointment. I kept thinking this morning as I was in the car, that I am now starting a journey that I never expected to be on. It just feels like it's the beginning of....something. So today I am thankful for...
*Journeys in life---whether they are unexpected or planned, God will show up and lead me the whole way.
*Quality time with family---heading up north today to enjoy the beach and spend time with my aunt, uncle and cousin.
