Already?

I feel like I say it all the time, but really, time flies by so fast! I have officially started my 3rd trimester. I can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going. It's hard to believe I am just a few months away from having these two sweet babies. I'm so not ready!

Yesterday was my last day of work. My co-workers threw me a baby shower and I got a ton of stuff! Let's just say my girls will definitely be well dressed. Thiis is just a quick glimpse of the goodies from the shower. I feel so blessed to have such awesome co-workers!

I've been asked several times what I am planning to do now that I am done working, and sometimes I think people are under the impression that it's like I am taking a vacation. Like I just decided to take some time off for the heck of it. I can understand why they would think that, but really, it's not a vacation. As I get bigger, which undoubtedly will happen, I'm sure I'll be spending the majority of my time resting. As it is now, I feel like I need to take a couple naps a day! My main priority now is resting and making sure these babies stay healthy and stay inside. It's rest for a purpose!!

Now if only I can keep my mind from thinking too much about what labor and delivery is going to be like...

Welcome to the third tri! Woo hoo!

I know what you mean about being at home and people asking what you're going to do. Even though I'm not working, my days are FULL. Between cleaning, running errands and doing baby things here and there, my days fly by. Enjoy this time :)

Yes, congratulations on reaching the third trimester, what a huge accomplishment!
Oh friend, do NOT waste any time thinking about labor and delivery. I promise, it NEVER goes how you think anyway. Go in knowing what you want and how you'd like to proceed, but prepare to chuck that plan out the window as soon as it becomes necessary (and it might).
And I for one am here to say that pregnancy is VERY HARD WORK. If that was all I had to do all day, just BE pregnant, I know I would still feel like I was making my fair contribution to the world! It's exhausting, and you have my sympathy and support!
Put those legs up and keep those wee girls inside!
Hugs,
Becky
