I saw Dr. Wisebaker last Thursday and she is not concerned at all about the weight difference between the babies or the fact that they are so big. (easy for her to say since she doesn't have to push them out!) My blood pressure remains fine and although Dr. Fee suggested I have my glucose re-tested, Dr. Wisebaker doesn't feel it's necessary. She flat out told me I don't have gestational diabetes. At this point, a vaginal delivery is planned, and yes, I am definitely planning on an epidural. I am the biggest wimp when it comes to major pain and I am not afraid to admit it. I'm going to need all the help I can get!
How Far Along: 31 Weeks
Total Weight Gain: Not even going to say anymore. Let's just say it's ridiculous.
Sleep: 2 hour intervals. I have been enjoying ABC news at 4 a.m. every morning as I go for the heating pad for my back.
Best Moment this Week: Getting the majority of the nursery complete. All we need is a few more small things, like decorations for the wall!
Gender: Girls
Movement: Yes! Baby A's head is down low and when she moves, HOLY cow am I uncomfortable.
What I Miss: Sleep, driving.
What I am looking forward to: My next baby shower, which is this coming Sunday. Yay! (BTW, Jaime or Jeanie, if you have pics from my shower, can you please send some to me? )
Weekly Wisdom: This is not going to last forever.
Symptoms: Swelling, achy back, no consistent sleep, uncomfortable like I've never been before.

You look great! All your weight seems to be centered right on your belly there. I can't believe how puffy my face ended up getting from water retention!
Sarah, you look amazing. Like the previous commenter said, you're all belly! :)
