HAPPY 4 MONTHS, TAYLOR and MORGAN!
I have to laugh every time someone comments that they look alike, because I don't think they do! In my eyes, they are so very different, and I love it. I think it's awesome that I am blessed with two girls who are twins but who are very much individuals (already!).
The girls are sleeping through the night, and only Morgan still gets up for an early morning feeding (around 4:00 or 4:30). We are working on nap time, as they really don't take long naps during the day which results in evening time fussiness. So, this weekend, I am putting them in their cribs for naptime and hopefully we can get them on a routine of napping in the afternoon.
Both girls are rolling over on their side, and Morgan has been the only one so far to actually over onto her tummy. I think Taylor is going to soon, because she is constantly rolling to one side when I have her on the floor.
I can't wait for their 4 month checkup just so I can see if how much they weigh! Taylor has to be close to 15 lbs by now! The girl is heavy! I don't think Morgan is too far behind her either. I don't know about anyone else's pediatrician, but I wish that they wanted to see the girls every month for the 1st 6 months. Only because I feel like we have so many questions, and the girls have changed so much already from their 2 month appointment, and it would be nice to be able to sit down and discuss these questions with him.
The best part of my day with the girls is first thing in the morning. They are soooo happy in the morning and I get the best smiles from them. It melts my heart when I peek over their cribs at them, and they lock eyes with me and break out into the biggest smile!
Taylor and Morgan, I love you more than anything in this world and I cannot wait to see all the changes that are coming next!
