Pumpkin Patch Fun
Yesterday was such a gorgeous day! Last week seemed to be such a rainy, icky week and I was hoping that we could squeeze in a day for the pumpkin patch. Sunday started out sunny and warm-ish, so we thought that was our signal to go and get pumpkins. Dispite the runny noses, coughs and general sickness we have been feeling in our house over the past week, I knew it was a now or never kind of thing.
Morgan and Taylor had such a good time!
Mike and I told the girls they could pick out their pumpkins, and of course, Morgan ran over to a HUGE pumpkin. We had to break it to her gently that she had to find a smaller one! :) That pumpkin weighed more than she did!
I was also lucky enough to get a good family pic on this little adventure. You know, getting a family pic, or pics of the girls together for that matter, is like pulling teeth. So I am thankful that we got this cute one!
And my favorite moment of the day...We were getting ready to leave the orchard, and I was walking with Taylor while Mike was ahead of us with Morgan. I snapped this picture really quick, because I had to capture the moment. It was just so sweet--Daddy and his girl.
Poor thing didn't want to leave! She was having so much fun...
How was your weekend?
