Yes, it's Wednesday and I am just now recapping our eventful weekend! After having a couple extra days off last week, you would think I would be all caught up on everything, but no. Taylor was sick with an ear infection and then last Wednesday, Morgan came down with a little bug. Having 2 sick babies on my hands was not a fun time!
By Saturday they both were feeling much better, so I brought the girls over to my parents and filled up their kiddie pool. Jaime came over with her baby girl, Macy and the 3 of them splashed and played in the pool so cute! (Jaime took these cute pics!)
Sunday we had a birthday party at Grandma's house (Mike's mom). The girls loved their cake! Taylor got right in there with her hands and soon had pink frosting all over her face! Morgan took her time and took dainty little bites, but still had frosting everywhere.
They also got some cute presents as well, and here is Taylor trying one of them out!
They can't quite get the hang of it yet, but I know it won't be long until they are zooming around our house on their "horsey"!
As for today's plans, it's going to be another hot one, so I think I'm going to take the girls to my friend Meredith's pool. That ought to be an interesting experience! Then it's going over plans for the girls birthday party on Sunday. Hoping for great weather!
