Pumpkins and Cookies

What a perfect fall weekend we had! The weather was amazing and just perfect for a trip to the pumpkin patch.

Taylor and Morgan were so excited to get pumpkins! From the time we woke up Saturday morning, that was all they talked about.

I had to laugh at Taylor because every time she would stop and look at a pumpkin, she would then drop it or toss it as hard as she could. Silly girl!
Mike's dad came with us to the pumpkin patch and he told Morgan that they had pink pumpkins! She kept wandering around, looking for the pink ones!
They had such a good time, and we ended up with two cute pumpkins for the girls. Now we just have to decide how we are going to decorate them!

Sunday was our catch up day---catching up on laundry and cleaning. I made these super delish chocolate chip cookies that I wanted to share with you. They were soooooo good! (Thanks, Pinterest, once again).

        Chocolate chip pudding cookies
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1 cup butter, melted
* 2 1/4 cups flour
*1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1tbsp vanilla
* 1 cup chocolate chips
* 1 cup white choc chips
* 2 eggs

Cream the sugar and the melted butter together. Beat the eggs in, one at a time. Add the vanilla and mix well. Combine the baking powder, baking soda and flour together. Next, add the dry mixture slowly into the sugar/butter/egg mixture. Once that is well mixed, stir in the chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 8-10 mins. Enjoy!
